Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) set forth the conditions and procedures for the use of the “Everland Smart Reservation” service (the “Service”) operated by The Manager Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users.
The following terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings set forth below.
- 1.“Company” means The Manager Co., Ltd., which provides the Everland Smart Reservation service.
- 2.“Service” means all services provided by the Company, including the online sales and issuance system for Everland admission tickets, all-day passes, Q-Pass, and other e-Tickets, as well as the reservation history inquiry function.
- 3.“User” means an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- 4.“Non-member” or “Guest” means a User who uses the Service through email verification without creating a membership account.
- 5.“e-Ticket” means an electronic admission ticket issued by the Company in the form of a QR code voucher.
- 6.“QR Voucher” means a QR code-based electronic certificate that is scanned upon entry on the Visit Date.
- 7.“Visit Date” means the date on which the User plans to visit Everland.
- 8.“Reservation Number” means a unique reservation identification number issued by the Company.
- 9.“PG” or “Payment Gateway” means a payment gateway service that intermediates payments via credit card, Alipay, Samsung Pay, and other payment methods.
- 10.“Coupon” means a discount code provided by the Company that can be applied to reduce the payment amount at checkout.
- ①These Terms shall take effect from the date they are posted on the Service, and any amended Terms shall be announced through a notice within the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date of such amendment.
- ②Any amendment to these Terms that is unfavorable to Users shall be announced at least 30 days in advance, and Users may cancel their reservation before the amended Terms take effect.
- ③The authoritative version of these Terms is in Korean. Translations into English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese are provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the Korean version and a translation, the Korean version shall prevail.
- ①The Company provides the following services: online sales and issuance of e-Tickets for Everland and Caribbean Bay admission tickets and all-day passes; online sales of add-on products such as Q-Pass; automatic generation and email delivery of QR Vouchers; email verification-based reservation history inquiry; and resending support for vouchers.
- ②Product prices, options, and availability are subject to change without prior notice; however, such changes shall not affect service agreements already concluded.
- ①A service agreement shall be formed when the User selects a product, enters order information, and completes payment, and the Company, upon approving the payment, sends a QR Voucher bearing a Reservation Number to the User’s registered email address.
- ②The Company may reject an order in any of the following cases:
- a.The payment information is incomplete or contains errors.
- b.The User is suspected of having violated the prohibited acts set forth in these Terms.
- c.The product is out of stock.
- d.The Company otherwise deems rejection necessary based on reasonable judgment.
- ①Service fees are displayed in Korean Won (KRW) as the base currency; for overseas payments, the exchange rate applied by Eximbay shall apply.
- ②Accepted payment methods include credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, etc.), Alipay, Samsung Pay, and others; the Company may add or change available payment methods.
- ③Payment gateway fees shall be borne by the Company, and Users shall not be charged any additional fees beyond the displayed price. However, any foreign exchange losses arising from overseas payments shall be borne by the User.
Users may request cancellation and a refund according to the following Refund Policy based on the Visit Date.

In the following cases, the Company shall be deemed at fault and a full refund will be issued.
- a.Errors caused by a failure in the Service system.
- b.Duplicate charges caused by a payment error.
- c.Inability to operate the Service due to a natural disaster or force majeure event.
- d.Any other damage caused by the Company’s negligence.
Refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of the refund request. For products to which a coupon was applied, the refund amount shall be calculated based on the actual amount paid, excluding the coupon discount.
Users must not engage in any of the following acts.
- 1.Selling, transferring, or lending an e-Ticket or QR Voucher to a third party (ticket scalping).
- 2.Using automated tools, bots, macros, or similar means to use the Service excessively or to place undue load on the servers.
- 3.Forging, altering, or duplicating a QR Voucher or Reservation Number.
- 4.Placing an order using another person’s name, email address, or payment information without authorization.
- 5.Providing false information in visitor details.
- 6.Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sale of the Company’s intellectual property.
- 7.Any other act that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that disturbs public order or morality.
If the Company discovers a User engaging in any prohibited act, the Company may cancel the reservation without prior notice and withhold a refund, and may take legal action.
- ①Users must accurately provide required information such as their name and email address when making a reservation, and shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from the provision of false information.
- ②Users must securely manage the email account used to receive reservation confirmations and e-Tickets and keep inbox settings in normal working order; the Company shall not be liable for non-receipt of tickets or denial of entry caused by email errors on the part of the User.
- ③Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations and with Everland’s visitor rules.
- ①The Company shall make its best efforts to ensure that Users can stably complete reservations and receive e-Tickets, except in cases falling under the grounds for suspension set forth in Article 11.
- ②The Company shall protect Users’ personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws; further details shall be governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
- ③The Company shall endeavor to respond to legitimate inquiries from Users within 24 business hours.
- ①The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of scheduled or emergency system maintenance, natural disasters, communication outages, legislative changes, security threats, or other similar reasons.
- ②Where a service suspension is necessary, the Company shall provide advance notice via website announcement or email at least 7 days prior; in emergency situations, the Service may be suspended immediately, with notice provided after the fact.
- ③If entry becomes impossible due to a service suspension or modification after an e-Ticket has been issued, the Company shall offer a refund or a change of Visit Date.
- ①All content on the website, including layout, design, images, text, logos, and trademarks, is protected by the intellectual property rights of the Company or the respective rights holders.
- ②Everland’s brand, characters, photographs, and videos are protected by Everland’s copyrights; the Company uses these in the Service under a license granted by Everland.
- ③Inquiries, reviews, comments, and other content submitted by Users may be used by the Company free of charge for service improvement, marketing, and promotional purposes, except to the extent such content contains personal information.
- ①The Company shall not be liable for service failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or infectious diseases.
- ②The Company shall not be liable for damages attributable to the User, including non-receipt of tickets due to a typo in an email address, issues with the User’s device, network, or security software, or the User’s violation of applicable laws or these Terms.
- ③The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by failures, delays, or errors of third-party services such as payment gateways (PG providers), telecommunications companies, email service providers, or banks. However, cases where the Company’s negligence in selecting or managing such third parties is evident shall be excepted.
- ④The Company shall not be liable for denial of entry or removal from the premises resulting from a User’s violation of Everland’s own visitor rules.
- ①Where the Company is liable for damages, the amount of compensation shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User.
- ②If the Company suffers damages due to a User’s illegal acts, violation of these Terms, or provision of false information, the User shall indemnify the Company for such damages.
- ③Any claim for damages must be submitted in writing within 3 years from the date the damage occurred.
- ①All disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be interpreted and resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- ②In the event of a dispute, the Seoul Central District Court or the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall be the court of first instance.
- ③Users who are not residents of the Republic of Korea may bring an action before the court having jurisdiction over their place of domicile.
- ④In the event of a dispute, the Company and the User shall endeavor to resolve the matter amicably through mutual consultation.
The collection, use, retention, and disposal of Users’ personal information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall enter into force on May 1, 2026.
